I'm Mike Misbach. I run YadaWorx, a consulting practice focused on ecommerce strategy and web architecture for small to mid-size businesses.

For most of my career I've worked with business owners who were doing things right. Building real relationships, delivering excellent work, pricing honestly. They needed a word for it. "Values-driven" felt vague. "Ethical entrepreneur" felt defensive. Neither one named the operating system these people were actually running.

Entrenaut started as a private framework. A way to describe what I was aiming for in my own practice. The more I worked through it, the more I thought it was worth publishing — working through something publicly is how you stress-test it.

This site is that process. Articles, framework documentation, and a directory of people I know who already operate by something like these principles.
