I’ve been an entrepreneur longer than I knew what the word meant. Lemonade stands as a kid, selling popsicles at my sister’s soccer games, selling cardboard cutouts of Harry Styles in college, scaling ecommerce stores to millions in revenue. A lot of that was learning things the hard way.
YadaWorx is my consulting practice. Ecommerce strategy and web architecture, mostly for small to mid-size businesses. The clients I do my best work with tend to be owner-operators who are already doing things right and want to move faster.
The Entrenaut framework came out of trying to name something I kept observing in the people I respected most. Not just “good entrepreneurs.” Something more specific. I’m still working through it, which is what this site is for.
