YadaWorx is my consulting practice — ecommerce strategy and web architecture for owner-operators who are already doing things right and want to move faster. I built the Entrenaut framework to name the standard I kept seeing in the people I respected most.

I’ve been an entrepreneur longer than I knew what the word meant. Lemonade stands as a kid, selling popsicles at my sister’s soccer games, selling cardboard cutouts of Harry Styles in college, scaling ecommerce stores to millions in revenue. A lot of that was learning things the hard way.
I’m still working through the framework, which is what this site is for.
